The Continuously Variable Position Pulley allows smooth continuous motion at faster speeds. The CVPP system consists of two pulley carriers that move consistently with the motion. The resistance cord gives more resistance torque at most angles and resists through a wider arc of motion. This is particularly important for wide sweeping PNF motions and many sports movements. Resistance can be adjusted using the physical weights and/or modifying the configuration of the pulley rope. This pulley system has a minimum resistance of 2 lbs.
