20th Annual Physio Race
Cardon Rehabilitation is proud to be a Corporate Sponsor of the 20th Annual Ottawa Physio Race to help support the Physiotherapy Foundation of Canada.
There is a wheelchair race, 5km and 10km races, and a family fun walk beginning at 8:55am on Sunday April 20th.

 Standard White Foam Rollers

OPTP's Standard White Foam Rollers are cylindrical in shape, lightweight and made of a high quality foam. Use the foam roller for myofascial release, muscular flexibility and dynamic strengthening. Foam roller exercises enhance balance reactions, body awareness, muscle re-education and core stability. The foam rollers come in a variety of sizes, are fun and easy to use, and can be used in conjunction with resistive bands, weighted balls and B.O.I.N.G.s.
