Easily adjusted pulley allows for progression from assisted to strongly resisted muscle action. Shipped with the attachment providing lower range which can than be detached and refastened for heavier range. Unit is height adjustable from 94-101" for taller patients. Comes complete with cord adjuster and 40" handgrip.
