20th Annual Physio Race
Cardon Rehabilitation is proud to be a Corporate Sponsor of the 20th Annual Ottawa Physio Race to help support the Physiotherapy Foundation of Canada.
There is a wheelchair race, 5km and 10km races, and a family fun walk beginning at 8:55am on Sunday April 20th.

At the time of placing your order, please indicate if there are any delivery restrictions (ie. notification prior to delivery or if you will require an inside delivery). Shipments are made by common carrier. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to invoice.
Open Accounts
Available to hospitals, Government Agencies, well rated corporations and credit worthy past customers. Open accounts will be billed on a net 30 basis. All others will be shipped COD, or by VISA or Mastercard, or must prepay by cheque or money order. Prepaid orders must call for exact shipping charge. NY residents must include sales tax or indicate their tax exempt number. Past due balances are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (16% per annum).
Damaged Shipments
If shipment is short or merchandise arrives in damaged condition, notation must be made on the freight bill at time of delivery and a copy obtained from the delivery carrier. As all claims must be placed immediately, call Cardon Rehab for customer service assistance. Once freight receipt is signed without exception, customer assumes legal responsibility for the merchandise including damages.
Warranty
Five year warranty on table structure. One year warranty on upholstery. Normal wear and tear. (Discolouring due to improper cleaning and punctures will not be covered.) Manufacturers warranty on purchased parts.
Returns
Returns must have prior return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please call, email or write for return instructions.
